Blessed William Howard congratulates efforts of GCSE students.

Staff at Blessed William Howard would like to pay tribute to the hard work, commitment and dedication shown by their Year 11 pupils over the course of their five years of study. The GCSE results they received this week are testament to their efforts during their school career and reflect the exceptional progress they have made as students and young people. The school is very proud of them all!

Mr K Brown, Principal at Blessed William Howard, shared his congratulations with the students, “Congratulations to all our Year 11 students. We wish you the very best and we are here to help and support you if you feel you need it.”

The school is delighted that the vast majority of its current Year 11 pupils will be joining Blessed William Howard next year to study post 16 courses at its Sixth Form and very much looks forward to the continued success of all its students in their next steps.

Top performers include:

Daisy Lightfoot – 9 grade 9’s and 1 grade 8

“We know our students will go on to achieve many great things in the years ahead, enriching the lives of the communities they serve. During this year we have seen unprecedented challenges as a community and school. We would like to pay special tribute to the resilience and spirit our Year 11 students have demonstrated during these challenging times. Our students have remained positive and committed to their education, demonstrating the desire to always strive for the best they can be.  We wish all our students the very best for the next chapter and we look forward to continuing to share in the success of these exceptional young people. A very big well done to all our students,” Mr Brown continued.
